Shipping Policy

For all orders we will use the most competitive courier in our locations of Hong Kong, or Vancouver, Canada, for both speed, service, and price. We will provide a tracking number follow up to your order once fulfilled. Please be aware in these unprecedented Covid times, courier times have experienced delays in their service.

If you didn’t pick up your order on time, your order may return to us. You might need to be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. Please get your order on time, if you have any difficulties on picking up the mail, please contact us or SF Express immediately.

Q : If I don’t like the clothes I order, can I refund?

A : We are so sorry that we only accept refund requests for quality or non-human problems. You can find more return and refund information on our return policy page. If you need more help, please contact us. 


Q : I am from oversea, do you ship worldwide? 


A : Yes, we do. But for all oversea orders, we only do shipping fee C.O.D. express. This will ensure that we will not overcharge the postage and tax. You can check the shipping fee option on https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/postage_calculator/ . For oversea client, we will not consider any shipping service without tracking. 


Q : Do you take credit card? 


A : Yes we do. We take all international credit card like Visa, Master Card, AE. We also accept Paypal, Stripe, Alipay and Payme. You can chose our payment method while you place the order. 


Q : Can I try on the clothes before I buy? 


A : For some select brand we might have stock in our office, you can come to our office to try on. If you need help, please contact us for reserve your fitting time.
